TBI Holdings B.V. (“TBI”) shareholder of Alfen B.V. (“Alfen”) has sold a majority stake to the investment company Infestos Nederland B.V. (“Infestos”).

The growth strategy of Alfen, which is focused on the Western European market for charging points, does not longer fit TBI’s core operations. To successfully implement Alfen’s growth strategy additional investments in product and market development are necessary. Therefore, TBI decided to look for a co-shareholder for Alfen.

Lindenaar & Co has advised the management of Alfen in the discussions and negotiations with Infestos.
