J-Club International Holding BV (“J-Club”) has attracted growth funding in order to realize further growth of its shop-in-shop accessories concept.
The realized funding consists of three elements, a banking credit facility, conversion of subordinated debt to equity and limited issuance of new shares. The banking credit facility has been granted by ING Bank, in combination with the state guaranteed Growth Facility. The Netherlands Enterprise Agency executes the Growth Facility commissioned by the Ministry of Economic Affairs.
J-Club is currently active in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria and Swiss, where substantial growth is forecasted while aspiring to expand to other countries in Western-Europe.
Lindenaar & Co has advised the shareholders of J-Club during the total course of attracting growth funding, including a comprehensive financial analysis for the purpose of forecasting the anticipated working capital requirements, structuring of the different sources of finance and negotiations with converting lenders and ING Bank.

With 30 years of experience and knowledge in the marketplace, J-Club developed a new accessories concept that offers tailor made shop-in-shop collections. Since 2010 the enterprise has grown enormously: from 60 to almost 2,000 points of sale per end of 2013. The growth plan projects growth towards 14,000 shop-in-shops worldwide in the next three to five years. Currently J-Club sells her bijoux to leading fashion chains and department stores in six countries. An in-house design team and procurement offices in Hong Kong and China allow J-Club to quickly exchange information with suppliers.
The J-Club collection consists of more than 10,000 fashion accessories: from earrings, bracelets and necklaces to sun glasses and scarves. With a collection that is updated every six weeks and experienced service-merchandising in shops, J-Club offers a complete concept that eases the customer’s burden and realizes higher revenues. J-Club's completely automated ordering system ensures fast order processing and always perfectly styled displays.
