CCV Holland BV (“CCV Group”), specialist in payment solutions and web shop software has acquired Belgian software developer J4S.
Following its earlier takeover of web shop provider Biedmeer in March 2014, this latest acquisition is another important step by CCV Group towards fulfilling its ambition of offering omni-channel solutions to the European market. Whereas CCV Group offers payment solutions predominantly for physical shops, J4S specialises in software solutions for Internet payments and customer card systems. The acquisition makes CCV Group a significant Payment Service Provider.
Lindenaar & Co acted as advisor to the board of directors of CCV Group, assisting with the coordination of the transaction, negotiations concerning the share-purchase agreement, coordination of the due diligence process and the completion of the transaction.

CCV Group has been a European player in electronic payment solutions since 1958 and today employs 850 people at offices in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Switzerland. More than 500,000 CCV payment terminals have already been installed in these countries. CCV Group further specialises in processing transactions and developing omni-channel solutions (including payment solutions), such as web shop software.

J4S (JForce), a technology company with offices in the Belgian cities of Kortrijk and Hasselt, specialises in developing innovative payment solutions. It was established in 2004 as a consulting agency, but by leveraging its in-house functional knowledge of payments the company has focused entirely on the world of on-line payments since 2009. J4S has software solutions for processing e commerce and card-present payments.
