The Dutch listed software company Blue Fox Enterprises NV (currently NedSense enterprises NV) has appointed a new management team, enabling further roll-out of the stand-alone Blue Fox scenario, in which NedGraphics is the most important activity.
Lindenaar & Co acted as strategic and financial advisor for the new management of Blue Fox Enterprises with regard to their appointment and the associated terms and conditions of the share option agreement.
